Our project was to create an extension and open-plan living space with as much natural light as possible. The project included:

Front and rear landscaping
The steps from the garden onto the patio used natural sandstone. High levels of run-off water from the sloping garden required additional drainage channels.
Landscaping
There were 2 rear extensions. A single storey extension for a new kitchen and a 2-storey extension for addition living space, bedroom and bathroom
Extended living space
The original features were refurbished in an overhaul of the flooring and woodwork. This included sanding and varnishing flooring and re-decoration throughout.
