We are a well established family run builders with over 40 years experience. We cover all aspects of construction; new build, renovation, extensions and conversions. We provide all trades including bricklaying, plastering, decorating, plumbing and electrical, but we are also happy to work alongside your preferred contractors. We can also offer design and planning services.
V&J Baker was established in 1976 and we are based in Lewes. We quickly established a reputation of delivering a high quality service, employing trusted local tradesmen. Working in Lewes, we are used to working on a wide variety of properties, from renovation of historic and listed houses through to modern, new-build developments.
Much of our work is from returning customers and we are proud to be considered “their builder”. We are happy to offer advice and all quotations are free of cost or obligation. We are happy to help with any size of job, so whether its cleaning the gutters or building a new home or office, you can be assured of a personal and high quality service.
